Another village has been added to this nations litany. The mushroom mayor has expanded their influence, leaving the caves. They have begun creating a village of greenhouses and farms. All sorts of magical plants are being grown here, from the toxic hellbore to the rejuvenating greyleaf. Predominantly, however, they have been growing all manner of mushrooms. 

I still cannot reconcile their obsession with consuming mushrooms within my mind. As a mushroom themself, should it not be more repulsive? Regardless, this marks the first instance of them expanding beyond the valley and abandoning the mountain range. Do they intend to conquer the entire forest region? Their power has grown by the day, but there must be a limit to their expansion, right?

For what purpose did the tree creature create this nation? They seem obsessed with strength, so perhaps it is for that?
