Coming back from her extended vacation, Annie opens the mailbox at her Hellwell residence and took out the piece of stationery. Skimming through the letter, her eyes traced over the lines and got the general gist of things. Later on, Annie hands a piece of paper to the crier, the contents of it reading as follows:
"Annie, Hellwell Head Guard, intends to join in the campaign. If there are two other contenders available, please find Annie at Hellwell to form a team."
